Cockchafer pocket watch
Cockchafer: 2 x 3 mm Dial: 2 mm I am delighted to present this pocket watch, the result of over two months of effort ! The dial is made of chicken bones and resin. Body sequins were cut into quarters or even six, as usual, and placed strategically at the hour and minute hands. The watch case is made of pewter. It is engraved with a phrase that often accompanies me: Every day is a second chance. Meditating on this phrase helps me not to be discouraged in my work as a microsculptor, as well as in many other areas of my personal life. Approximately 150 sequins placed on the dial And also because life can be a shock, and time lessens pain, heals wounds.
